Most days while she naps I attempt to get something done (like actually shower or clean the house). Yesterday however the afternoon light was so dreamy an impromptu photoshoot took place all without her knowledge. While she peaceful slept I snapped away a few photos of her in my favorite frog hat- and a few of just that gorgeous hair. And as I sit here looking through these photos I can't help but feel so blessed to be her mom.

My baby brother graduated from high school last weekend. And then on sunday he put in his mission papers- i get all teary eyed just thinking about him leaving for two years. I'm still not sure how our littlest brother grew up so quickly-

love is heart of the world. 

It's true i love these two boys more than anything. The drover- he's my everything, my sounding block, the voice of reason, and the one who gets me and loves me despite all my craziness. And maybe i should be slightly embarrassed by how much i love that furry little guy- but i'm not- he's part of us- who we are. These two mean everything to me- the heart of my world. 

oh and i'd advise everyone to attempt to take their pictures with a remote, tripod, and border collie- it makes for an eventful day and some seriously funny candid photos!  

  

Seriously- i may be slightly partial (he is our seventh little) but there's not many things more 

darling that this little man in his daddy's glasses!

I got to spend the whole day playing and snuggling with our newest and tinniest little. Simon we are so glad to finally meet you- your auntie and uncle love you- as does your cousin mr. dog (who spend his entire afternoon watching over you as you napped- just about melted my heart)!
