Thome was on a nice afternoon ride in the car with daddy when they stopped by my work! Bad choice. Just as the boys arrived we were trying to find ourselves a blood doner for a dog that had been attacked and his liver had been lacerated causing him to bleed internally and lose a lot of blood. So our brave little boy sat so still and donated blood to help save a life. He was a lot braver than I would have been in the same situation. Believe it or not me and needles don't go well together. Yes- even though i work with them all day long. I have even managed to avoid my tetanus and whooping cough vaccine for the past two years. (i have a feeling i won't be quite so lucky in a couple weeks when i go in for my yearly checkup) I honestly freak out when i get shots. I can't help it! But thanks thome for helping out!!! Don't worry he got a few extra treats saturday :) We love him!

I am so proud of you Thome. You are such a good dog. Mia misses her buddy. You probably don't miss her as much since she drives you crazy, but she really does love her Thome.
What a sweet story. I never knew thome was a rescue dog.
